Lake Navigation

The Ministry of Transport has a base in Kariba town known as Lake Navigation where the Lake Capitan is based. Their office handles all the licensing of boats as well as issuing of boat drivers licenses. Their office is based up at the Heights with a visual over the lake in order to keep track of the boat movements, their job is also to identify distress signals from boats on the lake.
